& it's the unexpected that changes our lives **
This past weekend was Danny & Melissa's wedding in Meridian, Mississippi!
It was a beautiful wedding & the dress was gorgeous!
We ended up finding some good eats in Meridian, Mississippi!
Our first meal was from Seafood Express - a seafood restaurant inside a gas station...don't judge until you've tried it! It was THE BEST PO-BOY I believe I've ever had and some amazing crawfish!
Our second food stamped with approval was in downtown Meridian, Weidmann's Restaurant. They are famous for their handmade peanut butter crocks. Want some NOW! This is a spectacular idea for a peanut butter lover such as myself. So yummy! I had the shrimp scampi pasta...also amazing!!
We had a few drinks at Weidmann's the night before :)

The after-wedding party was at the local Buffalo Wild Wings :)
...and YES, we are wearing crowns made for kids!

To sum it up, it was a super first visit to the state of Mississippi!
